Job Objective

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage department, ensuring efficient management of administrative, operational, and control processes, in close coordination with the various outlets and departmental leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute administrative tasks for the Food & Beverage department.
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and invoice control.
  • Monitor inventories, consumption, costs, and prepare periodic departmental reports.
  • Provide administrative support to all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, events, and room service.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for the F&B management team.
  • Coordinate data entry and ensure accuracy within internal management systems.
  • Assist with the administrative planning of events and banquets.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date departmental documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the F&B department and other areas such as Purchasing, Finance, Human Resources, and Warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and service standards.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative roles within the Food & Beverage area, preferably in upscale hotels or high-end dining establishments.
  • Solid understanding of F&B operational and administrative processes.
  • Experience managing suppliers, purchasing, invoicing, and cost control.

Education

  • Academic background in Administration, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields is valued but not mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in the role is essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel management systems (preferred).

Language

  • Spanish is required.
  • English proficiency is desirable.
